Week 1
Meet your network of peer mentors and discuss health care industry trends.
Week 2
Dive into change management best practices and hear experiences from Optum leaders.
Week 3
Plan an experiment to practice with new skills in a current change you are experiencing.
Week 4
Build additional leadership skills in change management and network with your peers.
Week 5
Take a week off from sessions to experiment with your new leadership and change management skills.
Week 6
Receive feedback on your experiment progress from peer mentors and attend a closing celebration.
30 days after completion
Complete a reflection survey and check in on your growth.
