Build a Strong Patient Experience + Deliver Effective Feedback

  • Review the different components of what makes a great patient experience.
  • Practice the SBII Model to deliver effective feedback.

Deliver High Quality Outcomes

  • Review HEDIS and the CMS star rating program and discuss benefits to health care plans and CDOs.
  • Discuss why ratings truly matter to patient outcomes and to our business.

Enhance Provider and Team Member Experience + Coach to Engage

  • Explore the relationship between provider/team member experience and turnover, morale and productivity.
  • Practice coaching skills.

Improve the Affordability of Care

  • Compare the differences between value-based care and fee-for-service models.
  • Define the differences between shared risk and global risk.

Experiment

  • Learn how to plan out an experiment and explore how limiting beliefs may prevent you from improving.
